In early June, CreditWeek editors sat down with some of Standard&Poor's Ratings Services business leaders for a roundtable discussion focused on credit conditions in the first half of 2011 and where the participants believed the credit markets were headed for the remainder of the year. Even as a slow recovery continued--and despite record corporate issuance in the U.S.--the Great Recession still cast a shadow over many sectors.
